Everything the Professional Woman needs to know about my Total Body Confidence Method to Lose Weight

You may have seen that I have a weight loss and health program called Total Body Confidence Method Program to help professional women lose weight so that they can feel confident and comfortable in their clothes again, without just eating rabbit food.

I understand that a 3 month Total Body Confidence Method program like this is an investment of your time and money and perhaps you’ve never worked with a nutritionist and health coach like me before. And I also understand that there are other similar products or services out there too. Who is Total Body Confidence for?

Total Body Confidence Method is for the professional woman who is excelling in her business life, but is feeling frustrated that her health and weight is not as proficient as she would like it to be. Her clothes are feeling tight and uncomfortable and she has a whole wardrobe of beautiful clothes that do not fit anymore. She feels like this is undermining her confidence at work and at home.

It seems to her that she is always tired and rushing around trying to get meals organised for herself and her family, on top of everything else she needs to do. She feels guilty when relying on takeaways, as this is happening a little too often. She feels confused about what to eat to actually lose weight and ensure that she is healthy and fit, and has the energy to balance work and life. Time seems to run away with her and when it comes to food and her health, she is putting herself last on the to do list.

She has tried so many diets and none have been sustainable. She would just like something that she can incorporate into her busy lifestyle and make it work for herself and her family, without starving herself. She also wants to be able to enjoy some of her social events and not have to say no all the time.

She is sick of wasting time trying to figure it all out by herself and would like some help to achieve her goals.

Why I created the Total Body Confidence Method Program (TBCM)

I created TBCM because I found that my clients needed more. I was doing Metabolic Balance with my clients and they were getting great results, but there was a gap. My clients needed more support and more contact with me. They needed to work on their mindset and get effective support to understand that the changes need to be lifestyle changes. I also had a bunch of recipes and helpful resources that I wanted to share with my clients so that they could make delicious healthy meals and solidify the lifestyle changes they were making. So I created TBCM so that I could support my clients and meet them with what they needed.

What is included in the Total Body Confidence Method?

  • Initial Consultation: We spend 75 minutes together to get a clear understanding of your health and weight loss needs. We assess your symptoms, lifestyle, sleep, stress, eating patterns, food preferences, and exercise.

  • ​We then organise your metabolic blood test, (covering Liver, Kidneys, Full Blood Exam, Immune, Thyroid, Cholesterol, Blood Glucose, Enzymes, Magnesium, Vitamin D and Iron Studies) This is organised with a private pathology lab, so the cost is extra.

  • You get your own Metabolic Balance meal plan and food list, based on your own blood chemistry. This makes it completely individual and exactly what your body needs to heal and release weight.

  • Expert guidance from a practitioner who has supported clients and lived this lifestyle herself since 2019.

  • 2 more 1:1 sessions for individual support to get you set up and feeling confident with the program.

  • 9 weekly group coaching calls to support you and keep you accountable and to dig into the coaching content.

  • Your final 1:1 session to help you understand how to continue on your own, if you wish. There is more support available if you would like to continue on.

  • Detailed explanation and PDF explaining your blood test so that you can understand what is going on with your own body

  • Access to Zita between consultations through a private FB group, email and text, during work hours to answer your burning questions.

  • An online course to help you work through the steps to great health. We cover organising your kitchen, effective meal prep that suits your style, mindset, eating mindfully, understanding emotional eating, self sabotage, and much more.

Who is your Nutritionist and Health Coach?

Hi. My name is Zita. I am your nutritionist, health and Metabolic Balance weight loss coach.

I am a professional woman who runs my own successful business, runs my family and household, does all the mum stuff and my hubby works away. So I totally get what a busy life looks and feels like.

Food has always been a passion of mine. I grew up in a restaurant, surrounded by it. When I was 18, I left home and travelled the world. This led me to discovering super yachts. I worked on super yachts for 15 years, working my way up from stewardess, to crew cook and then chef.

I left yachting at one stage to backpack around Australia and from there decided I wanted to become a chef. So I did a 3 year Cordon bleu course and went back to yachting as a chef.

Nutrition has always interested me. During my chef's course, I became even more interested in it. Working on superyachts, and seeing all the crazy diets out there, I knew that one day I would learn more and actually be able to help people with great and effective nutrition.

It wasn’t till we moved to Australia and my second son was 2 years old, that I decided to jump in and get qualified. I'll never forget what the lady on the phone said when I was deciding where to study. She said, “ What are you waiting for?” Yes, exactly… What was I waiting for?

I opened my business, Zest Nutrition in 2018.

What led me to Metabolic Balance and to support weight loss clients, is a lifetime of yoyo dieting. Never really knowing how to nourish my body, till I found Metabolic Balance. My program is based around Metabolic Balance because it works and changes lives.

Food really is life and the power of personal nutrition is quite incredible.

What results can I expect?

Results do vary as we are all different and have different bodies. These results are due to my clients following my guidance, attending appointments and allowing me to coach them when things get tough and showing up for themselves
