1. Ask: “What’s the story here?” Next time you catch yourself thinking, “I’ve failed again” or “I’ll never get this right,” pause. Ask yourself: Where did this story come from? Is it even true?

You can’t shift what you’re not aware of. This simple pause helps you take your power back and bring your awareness to the surface. Once you are aware, it's easier to shift. 

2. Journal this prompt: “If I felt comfortable in my body, I would…” So many women don’t feel comfortable or supported in their own skin. This prompt can uncover fears you didn’t even realise were blocking you from releasing weight.

3. Visualise your next win. Before bed, close your eyes and picture yourself feeling light, energised, and confident. Really drill down and get the picture clear in your head. How you feel, what you see and what you hear. Every detail, down to the texture of your clothing. This isn’t woo-woo—your brain responds to imagined success the same way it does to real success. Train it to expect good things.
