I help my clients lose weight in a healthy sustainable way, by teaching them how to nourish their bodies and aiding with the mindset that can help them on their path to health.
I also treat digestive disorders, food intolerances, and fatigue. I take a whole-body approach and really get to the bottom of your health concerns and help you heal.
I contacted Zita when my second child hit 9 months old. I was feeling run down, out of shape, tired and with low energy. I don't consider myself to be an unhealthy person but I knew that I needed the motivated to get myself back on track. Eating well and exercising. After having a baby what I used to do was no longer
working. Everything felt completely off balance and out of whack.
I was in excellent health before falling pregnant and then giving birth.
