My name is Zita and I am a Nutritionist, Metabolic Balance Practitioner, Chef, NPL Practitioner, Fitness coach and mama to 2 beautiful boys.
I have had quite a journey to bring me to this awesome point in my life. My parents owned a restaurant, where I spent most of my youth learning to cook from my parents, and this led me to become a chef. Whilst I was training to become a chef, I discovered my curiosity for nutrition.
I travelled the world for many years working on super yachts. I found that many of the guests on yachts require special diets, and this formed the basis of my investigations into creating a healthy, individual way to eat.
I have also been on my own weight loss journey and understand the mindset and specific needs to achieve and sustain your goals.
So, what does this mean for you?
It means that I have a deep understanding of food and how it reacts to the body.
I love helping my clients to lose weight in a healthy sustainable way. I am also passionate about helping my clients enjoy and understand how simple it can be to nourish your body with real food.
